Jesus Sanchez, was born in Navarra but he is cantabrian of adoption… people said about him that “he has the soul of a Chef and the hands of an artist”.

World ambassador of the Cantabrian anchovy since 1993, Jesus Sanchez is the owner and chef of the Cenador de Amós restaurant, sited in Villaverde de Pontones, Cantabria; located in the international gastronomic map for more than two decades, is considered as a solid project recognized with 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns. Cenador de Amós is a gastronomic temple located in a wonderful 18th-century maison-palace. Its commitment to haute cuisine is maintained, strengthened and dedicated to offering a genuine space … the experience begins at the same moment you enter into the restaurant.

In 2018 they are celebrating 25 years of history as a life project.
