Boasting a career spanning nearly three decades, Fabrice Salvador has forged an impressive reputation as a distinguished chef and gastronomy director. A native of Toulouse, France, his culinary adventure began in Michelin-starred establishments such as Les Jardins de l’Opéra in Toulouse, Maison Troisgros with Pierre and Michel Troisgros in Roanne, and Les Prés d’Eugénie with Michel Guérard.

His profound passion for gastronomy has guided him to explore culinary traditions worldwide. From New Orleans to Santa Barbara, extending to Moscow, New York, Singapore and, notably, Luxembourg.

Shaking Luxembourg

In Luxembourg, he inaugurated his own restaurant in Esch-sur-Alzette in 2008, named Influences des Saveurs. It wasn’t long before his dedicated efforts and innovative culinary creations earned him his first Michelin star. Subsequently, Fabrice Salvador assumed the gastronomy leadership at Le Place d’Armes, Relais & Châteaux, where he elevated three restaurants to exceptional standards.

After an illustrious career in the kitchen, Fabrice Salvador chose to utilize his extensive experience to craft unique, bespoke culinary events. He creates gastronomic experiences for the most discerning clients, offering exquisite dishes and unforgettable moments underscored by gastronomy and sophistication.

Having amassed a wealth of experience in the world’s premier establishments, from opulent hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants, Fabrice Salvador’s expertise spans an array of cuisines and techniques. He fervently shares his knowledge and experience.
