A natural out of the box thinking talent, pleasant and hardworking individual who has a passion for great food and who enjoys creating mouthwatering Italian and other international dishes. As a leader I am not only able to give orders and delegate tasks, but am also able to reliably carry out orders as well. As an experienced Executive Chef I have a proven track record of making great dishes that will entice diners. I love the freedom of expression of cooking gives me and am willing to work hard to build a career in culinary world. I hosted several successful Michelin events and always cooperate hands on with many Michelin Chefs.
Even as a multi Awards dinning winner, guest orientated and show man I always looking for more exiting tasks.
I spend my past 10 years of my career as Italian Chef first and as Executive Chef later in a very famous 5 stars luxury hotels; St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Sofitel, Kempinski, Le Meridien , Sheraton, Marriott Rennaisanse etc.
