First of all, originally from Kyushu, South of the Japan, his career began in the kitchens French restaurant “La Rochelle” to the head very publicized in Japan, Mr. Sakai. TWO ATMOSPHERES

To start, a few steps from the île de la Cité, facing the Notre-Dame Cathedral, le Sola invites you on a journey for the meeting of two cultures.
