Pavlos Kiriakis creates an innovative dining experience showcasing the best of the Greek culinary world. With extensive experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Bignon**, Eric Frechon***, William Mahi***, Michel Del Burgo*** in Spondi Restaurant, Athens, Kiriakis has relished the opportunity to hone his skills as a chef in top restaurants in Europe and America.

For the past 4 years, he headed the creative team at Andronis Exclusive in Santorini and forms part of a new generation of talented Greek chefs reviving ingredients through the use of new techniques. Kiriakis recently took up the position as Executive Chef at the helm of The Zillers Athens Boutique Hotel gastronomy experience.

Executive Chef Pavlos Kiriakis has been a seasoned veteran of the demanding Santorini culinary scene, sourcing the best produce of the region to lead his creations to new heights. Pavlos has worked his way through top Michelin Star restaurants in Greece (Spondi) , Spain (Azurmendi) and San Francisco (Benu). He has been awarded several years in a row with Toque D’or Award. Leading a kitchen team truly invested in creating extraordinary food, he is using the freshest raw ingredients.
