Born in Paris and originally from Quévert in Côtes d’Armor , I began my studies at the hotel school in Dinard , where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in culinary arts in 2008. Wishing to refine my knowledge, I continued my training at the high school Jean Drouant in Paris, where I received a BTS in 2010. Once I graduated, I worked in the kitchens of the prestigious palace Le Bristol, as commis chef at 114 Faubourg before joining Chef Eric Frechon’s brigade at L’Epicure . In 2012, I moved to the south of France, Côte d’Azur , where I started working as a chef de partie at La Pinède *** restaurant by chef Arnaud Donckele . Eager for a challenge, I join Olivier Limousin’s team at the Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London** as chef de partie , after a year working there, I got the opportunity to follow up my culinary adventure and participate in the opening of Atelier Joël Robuchon* Bangkok , Thailand where I worked for four years as a Sous chef. In 2019, I put my talent at the service of the famous Chef’s Table** Restaurant at Lebua Hôtel as sous chef for Vincent Thierry, where we get a 2nd star in the Michelin Guide. After a total change of scenery in Thailand, I return to France to participate in the shooting of the season 12 of Top Chef, where I formed a wonderful duo with chef Michel Sarran . From laughter to emotion, my adventure was a course full of twists that leads me to an elimination in the 15th week, leaving in 4 position. Today, I finally feel ready to open my restaurant in my beautiful Brittany region.
