Rafa Soler, began his journey through gastronomy in the CDT of Denia, during 2 years cooking course finishing the first of the promotion. He worked hand in hand with his father in the family restaurant, leading him to be highlighted by Rafael Garcia Santos with a 7 in the LOMEJORDELAGASTRONOMIA guide. He got the opportunity to go to work with Martin Berasategui and went to Lasarte without thinking about it. Rafa Soler worked with Martin 2 years in which he learned to love the kitchen even more.Â
After having finished his journey with Martin, he went to the Drolma de Fermi Puig restaurant where he learnt to treat the most precious raw material, Grouse, Becadas, Ortolanos, White Truffles, hares, etc …Â
He had the opportunity to go to work in Paris with Joel Robuchon, who is considered by his mentor and who learns that everything has to be perfect because being the satisfaction of your work is maximum. When he returned to Spain, he joined JOEL BISTRONOMICO in which he manages to be in one year:

- Restaurant Revelation of the Valencian Community 2011Â
- Best tapas restaurant in Spain at the lomejordelagastronomia congress in 2010.Â
Following the evolving cuisine of Valencia without forgetting the gastronomic legacy we have inherited from our ancestors
Two years later Rafa Soler set up the first hidden restaurant in Spain in the attic of a luxury interior design shop in Denia and called him Aticoock Joël. In 2014 he is hired by the Calpe AR group and set up Audreys by Rafa Soler in which he manages to be:

Leading chef and tireless ambassador of Mediterranean gastronomy, Rafa Soler Atanet can be considered one of the main national representatives of haute cuisine. He started out under the mentoring of MartÃn Berasategui and his talent took him to the kitchens of the likes of Drolma de Barcelona, or L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris. An evolution that has had a profound effect on each of his creations, giving his dishes a modern and cosmopolitan touch.
In his new adventure at Audrey’s Restaurant, Rafa experiments with local products while adding a global vision. This is how he achieves an original fusion between the sophisticated and the traditional that, without a doubt, will fill every table, every dish and every palate with new and delicious sensations
