Large experience in five-star hotels

Chef Wu Wen, born in 1987, the Chinese Executive Chef of The Yihe Garden Hotel in Nanjing.
He has been working for several five-star hotels which belong to the “Jinling” brand and learned rich experience of Chinese cooking skill. From 2009 to 2012, He worked with Chef Lu Yao in The Purple Palace as the Chinese Kitchen Chopper Chef. In the meantime, he was helping Chef Lu participated in a number of top dignitaries banquet reception work, such as former and present Chinese government leaders and International dignitaries.

In 2013, Chef Wu Wen joined the Yihe Mansions Hotel in Nanjing, work with Chef Lu Yao as the Chinese Kitchen Supervisor / Sous Chef until now.

In 2017, he went to England with Chef Lu Yao to participate the “Obsession 17” Chef Event in The Northcote Hotel. He provided a indispensable support to the Chef and finished the 120 pax dinner very successfully.

S.PELLEGRINO Young Chef China Competition

In September of 2017, Chef Wu Wen attended the “S.PELLEGRINO Young Chef Local Competition” in Shanghai, with his masterly knife work and cooking skill, he was awarded THE MOST POPULAR YOUNG CHEF in this competition.

In 2018, chef Wu Wen was invited to participate the “Festival of Colour” Chef event in Maldives, successfully completed the one week’s Chinese Dinner.
